An idyllic rooftop terrace and wraparound balconies should put a smile on your face today. Because that’s exactly what’s being built at our new location in Zurich, in a prominent position near Zurich’s Bellevue in the city center. The overall renovation has already begun, and beautiful offices and meeting rooms, which will be available from mid-2023, are under construction. The first satellite office at Bahnhofstrasse 10 in Zurich was opened back in 2016. After Zurich I and Geneva, this is another joint project with PSP Swiss Property.
The new Satellite Office at Zurich’s Limmatquai 4 is being expanded to a high standard and will have attractive outdoor areas with additional balconies and an idyllic roof terrace. The “Zürcherhof” is particularly attractive due to its location in the historic old town directly on the shores of Lake Zurich. At the same time, the traffic connections directly at Bellevue are excellent. Smaller stores and a café will be built on the first floor of the new Satellite Offices, further enhancing the attractive environment. A total of approximately 1,200 square meters will be created with 85 workstations, 28 offices, a fireplace lounge, two meeting rooms, digital rooms, silent cubes and phonebooths.
With the new locations in Geneva (opening Q4 2022) and Zurich II (opening late 2023), Satellite Office will then have a total of three luxury workspaces with over 250 workstations in Switzerland and ten locations in Germany with over 3,200 tenants.
