With the opening of a further streaming studio in its own premises in Hamburg, Neumann&Müller is once again expanding its comprehensive range of solutions for digital live events. At the same time, the company relies on collaboration with Satellite Office, the nationwide provider of working spaces. This allows N&M to show its clients the full range of streaming possibilities and recommend an optimal venue for digital and hybrid event formats according to individual requirements.
Hamburg City Studio
For the realization of further digital live events, Neumann&Müller Veranstaltungstechnik has now opened the “Hamburg City Studio” in the company’s own premises at Anckelmannsplatz, close to the city center. This once again expands N&M’s broad portfolio of solutions for streaming services. An initial, appropriately equipped studio has already been available to N&M customers for a year at the Munich branch. In the meantime, further studios have been installed by N&M with its own equipment in partner venues, for example in the bauwerk.köln, the STATION-Berlin, the München Hoch5 as well as in the congress centers in Stuttgart and Munich. Last but not least, N&M has set up webcast studios in companies – for permanent or temporary on-site use.
Cooperation with Satellite Office
In parallel, N&M launched a collaboration with Satellite Office, the luxury flexible working space provider present in Germany and Switzerland. As of this month, customers already have the opportunity to broadcast streamings with one to three people in first-class quality from high-quality equipped meeting rooms at the Satellite Office in Frankfurt am Main. The other ten Satellite Office locations will follow soon.
The focus is on keynotes or interviews, for example, which are broadcast live as professionally designed contributions for hybrid or fully digital event formats. This enables companies to quickly and easily connect virtually with their customers, business partners and their own employees, even at distributed locations. Satellite Office calls its studio offering “Digital Suite” because, in addition to state-of-the-art technology, it offers a high level of hospitality.
More Satellite Offices to follow
Whether it’s a meeting in a smaller circle, a presentation of new products or a smaller conference itself at different conference locations: streaming solutions from the working spaces are ideal for a variety of corporate communication measures. Live broadcasts as well as recorded formats can be used. For this purpose, a 30-square-meter indoor studio and an almost equally large outdoor area with a skyline view are initially available in the heart of the Main metropolis and directly next to the Alte Oper. In addition, there are two control rooms and optionally further rooms for wardrobe, make-up and meetings, as well as a separate bistro.
This means that the Satellite Office is well equipped not only for smaller digital live events, but also for use as a field studio for live feeds or remote conferences that are moderated from here. For these purposes, the streaming studio has state-of-the-art technical equipment with audio, lighting, video and camera technology. Collaboration platforms can be integrated just as easily as high-end broadcast systems to realize streaming in all common formats and on diverse platforms. Individual additions to the technology – including solutions for Simultaneous Remote Interpreting (RSI), Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Digital Media (DM) and N&M’s Venue Services – as well as set construction and decoration concepts expand the range of services from a single source on request – including project-related hygiene concepts by certified specialists. Following the launch in Frankfurt, satellite offices are to follow shortly in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Munich, as well as in Zurich.
