Berlin, 18.12.2017. The Berlin-based company Satellite Office is opening its first coworking & business center in NRW in March 2018. Directly on K\u00f6nigsallee in the heart of D\u00fcsseldorf on 800 square meters. With the Girardet-Haus, the traditional WZ publishing house directly on the corner of K\u00f6nigsallee and Trinkhausstra\u00dfe, a suitable palace was found that complements Satellite Office’s real estate portfolio almost perfectly. The entrance is in the middle of arcades, at ground level, surrounded by luxury boutiques. Satellite Office will occupy the second floor and – this is also new for Satellite Office – additionally operate the general reception area and the reception desk for the entire Girardet building. <\/p>\n\n
This marks the launch of Satellite Office’s eighth business and coworking center. And yet Anita G\u00f6diker, CEO of Satellite Office, feels she’s a little late to the party. “It took us forever to find a suitable property in D\u00fcsseldorf”. Many of her clients are from the fashion and lifestyle sector, so a presence in the fashion city is particularly important, says the pioneer of the coworking scene in Germany. “In terms of real estate, I make no compromises. It has to have the best location in the city, be a historic, revitalized, impressive building that offers all the possibilities of the most modern fit-out on the inside. All our business and coworking centers meet these requirements; our customers and guests expect exactly that from us,” G\u00f6diker sums it up.
