The supply of office space is limited, while demand is rising disproportionately. Anita Gödiker: “The situation on the real estate market for office space is critical not only in Düsseldorf but throughout Germany. There has actually been a shortage on the market here. So the chances of renting offices in city center locations are slim.” The Satellite Office offer in Düsseldorf starts with a short-term booking in the “Silent Co-Workingspace” and does not end with your own high-quality office. In particular, the personal services such as telephone service, secretarial services and conference rooms, which can be booked flexibly according to requirements, are a strength of the company.
