The Megaforce Tele rods now have been redesigned, with a significantly expanded range and improved components. Rods in lengths from 5.91 to 9.84 feet and with casting weights from 0.25 to 0.88 ounces and from 2.47 to 5.29 ounces are available and offer a transport dimension of 2.26 feet or less. This is ideal when the rod is to be stowed away in a backpack or travel bag to save space. Models from 10.83 feet in length and up have slightly longer transport dimensions, and have actions that show the characteristics of stake rods. The lightweight and well balanced carbon fiber blanks provide an excellent bending curve during the fight and have good throwing properties.
